Date of Birth Atal Bihari Vajpayee:

Atal Bihari Vajpayee was born on 25 December 1924 in Gwalior. His father Krishna Bihari Vajpayee was a school teacher and poet. He did his schooling from Saraswati Shishu Mandir, Gwalior.

Young Atal Bihari Vajpayee:

After completing his graduation from Victoria College and his post-graduation in MA political science from DAV College in Kanpur. In 1944, he joined the Arya Kumar Sabha and became its general secretary. He also participated in the Quit India Movement with his brother in 1942. Shri Atalji became the Pracharak (full-time worker) in 1947 after joining the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh. He went to Uttar Pradesh, where he has worked for various newspapers, including Veer Arjun, Swadesh, Rashtradharama, and Panchjanya.

About Atal Bihari Vajpayee:

In the year 1951, Atalji joined the Bhartiya Jana Sangh when it newly formed. The party appointed him as the national secretary for the northern region. When the first Lok Sabha election held from Balrampur constituency Atalji got elected, he made his mark in the parliament by his public speaking skills and coherent speech. After the death of Pandit Deendayal Upadhaya in the year 1968, he became the national president of Jana Sangh. Along with the other party leaders, he works towards the expansion of the party.

Life History Of Atal Bihari Vajpayee:

In the year 1975, when Indira Gandhi sanctioned the Emergency, Atalji got arrested with the other member of the party.
When the emergency removed in the year 1997, all the opposite parties came together to unite against Indira Gandhi. At that time, the Jana Sangh merged into a new form called the Janata Party, which won the general election in 1977.

Rasipuram Krishnaswami Narayanswami was a famous Indian author primarily known for Malgudi Days. He was born on 10th October 1906 in Madras where most of his childhood spent in his grandmother’s home. Later on for further studies, he moved to Mysore, where his father was a school teacher. He achieved a degree in B.A.
R K had already made up his mind that he wants to be a writer. R K got married to Rajam. After marriage, he became a reporter for a newspaper called ‘THE JUSTICE’. His friend, who was living in oxford managed to show the script of the novel “Swami and his friends” to Graham Greene who later on published it. R.K. Narayan got blessed with a baby girl in March 1936. His wife Rajam died due to typhoid attack. He never got remarried after his wife’s death. Rajam’s death left him depressed, but he came up with his fourth edition called ‘The English Teacher‘ and this book was more autobiographical.
